Is this software we use ourselves?
No. FORM is our commissioned service. Our team builds and delivers the site plan for your project, and we agree how availability and prices are updated after launch.
What do you need from us?
The approved layout or CAD drawing, the plot schedule with sizes and status, and any drone footage, aerial imagery or renders you already have. If you need new drone capture, we scope it with you.
Does it work for townships and villa communities as well as land?
Yes. The same approach works for plotted land, villa and row-house communities and larger masterplans with phases and amenities.
How much does it cost?
It is scoped per project, by the number of plots, the views you need and how long you need it hosted. Tell us about the project and we will come back with a proposal.
