Yes. Eligible new users can start a 7-day Starter trial with 50 trial credits. A card is required, there is no charge today, and the trial converts to paid Starter unless canceled before it ends. Trial credits do not roll over or convert to paid credits.
Credits are used for cloud compute and AI tasks such as cloud Gaussian Splat generation, AI Reframe, Smart Hotspots, AI tour translation, Spatial Sense, and LOD extraction. Processing a capture locally in the Mac app does not use credits. Paid subscriptions include monthly credits, and paid-plan teams can buy top-ups when they need more.
No. The Mac beta includes unlimited local reconstruction and training on your own Apple silicon Mac with no credits required. The beta requires an active Starter, Pro, or Studio plan, or an active Starter trial. If you upload the result to Spatial Studio, your plan's storage and hosting limits apply.
Starter includes Smart Hotspots and AI Reframe at Standard 1K output. Pro and Studio add Spatial Sense, AI tour translation, and AI Reframe up to 4K. AI features are still credit-based, so the exact credit quote appears before you start a job.
Pro and Studio include the full AI feature set. Each AI run uses credits, and you can buy more credits when you need more compute.
Starter and above include the tour analytics dashboard, so you can track activity across your published tours.
Starter and above remove the viewer watermark. Pro and Studio add a custom viewer logo for the hosted tour viewer.
Pro and Studio plans include rollover. Unused monthly credits carry forward up to your plan's rollover cap (1,200 for Pro, 3,000 for Studio). Top-up credits expire 1 year after purchase.
Paid plans can upload splat generation inputs up to 25 GB. Custom settings can run up to 100,000 training steps and 6.0M max splats. Streaming LOD becomes available when the scene detail is above 1.0M points.
An active tour is a published, publicly accessible tour. You can archive tours to free up slots without losing your work.
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to the new tier's limits. When downgrading, changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
