From the drone view to the kitchen, in one link.
A property is rarely one scene. Spatial Studio connects exterior and interior captures, 360 panoramas, maps and photos into a single tour, so the client sends one link and visitors never lose the thread.
One tour can hold
- 3D scenes
- Gaussian splats from drone, 360 or phone video.
- 360 scenes
- Panoramas for rooms that only need a look around.
- Maps and gallery
- Location context and still photography beside the tour.
- Movement
- Doorway portals, navigation spots and a scene strip.
Three ways between scenes
Doorway portals
- Place a portal hotspot inside a splat, for example at the front door.
- Visitors step through from the exterior scene into the interior scene.
Navigation spots
- Jump from any scene to another scene, a 360 room, the map or the gallery.
- Useful for amenities, outbuildings or a second floor captured separately.
Scene strip
- A row of scene cards or chips so visitors can see what the tour contains.
- Name scenes the way a buyer would: Garden, Ground floor, Pool house.
Capture each part with the right tool
Splitting a property into scenes keeps each capture manageable and lets you choose the best method for each area.
| Area | Typical capture | Scene type |
|---|---|---|
| Plot, roof and surroundings | Drone orbits at several heights | 3D splat |
| Main living areas | 360 video walked through the rooms | 3D splat |
| Bathrooms, closets, small rooms | 360 photos | 360 panorama |
| Location and neighbourhood | Map view | Maps |
| Details and twilight shots | Still photography | Gallery |

Can I combine a drone exterior with interior scenes?
Yes. Generate each capture as its own scene, then add them to one tour and connect them with doorway portals or navigation spots.
Can a tour mix 3D scenes and 360 panoramas?
Yes. One tour can hold 3D splat scenes, 360 panoramas, a map and a gallery, and visitors can move between all of them.
Can I add photos and a map to the same tour?
Yes. Maps and Gallery sit beside the 3D and 360 views, so location context and still photography travel with the tour.
