Publish 360 tours, and add 3D where it earns its place.
Upload equirectangular panoramas, link them into a tour, add information spots and publish one link or embed. When part of the property needs depth, add a Gaussian splat scene to the same tour instead of starting a second product.
What you build
- Panoramas
- Equirectangular images, optimised to 4096 × 2048 for fast loading.
- Links
- Room-to-room link spots, with the return link added for you to confirm.
- Context
- Info spots, compass north, nadir patch and autoplay.
- Mixed tours
- 360 scenes beside 3D splat scenes, maps and a gallery.
Everything a 360 tour needs, without a desktop app
The editor runs in the browser, so a tour can be built, checked and published from the same place it is shared.
Upload and link
- Upload 2:1 equirectangular images. Other ratios still upload, with a warning that they may look stretched.
- Place link spots between rooms. Each new link adds a matching return link for you to confirm.
- Choose billboard or floor markers so links read naturally in each room.
Explain each room
- Add info spots for finishes, views, inclusions or notes for the client.
- Set compass north and cover the tripod with a nadir patch.
- Use autoplay and transition effects for a calmer first impression.
Publish and hand over
- Share one link or copy an embed code for a website.
- Remove the watermark from Starter, add your logo on Pro, or deliver on your own domain on Studio.
- Track views, view time, devices, traffic sources and CTA clicks.
Use each format where it is strongest
A 360 tour is light and familiar. A Gaussian splat shows depth and lets people move. Most properties need some of each, not one for everything.
| Situation | Good fit | Why |
|---|---|---|
| A quick look around each room | 360 panoramas | Fast to shoot, light to load, and familiar to every visitor. |
| Layout, volume and how rooms connect | 3D splat scene | Visitors can move through the space instead of jumping between fixed points. |
| Outdoor grounds, a garden or the street | 3D splat scene from drone or 360 video | Exteriors and landscapes are where splats look most convincing. |
| A full listing or venue | One tour with both | Navigation spots move visitors between 360, 3D, maps and the gallery. |

What images can I upload for a 360 tour?
Equirectangular panoramas with a 2:1 ratio, the standard export from 360 cameras. Images are optimised to 4096 × 2048 for fast loading. Other ratios upload with a warning because they can look stretched.
Can one tour include 360 panoramas and 3D scenes?
Yes. A tour can hold 360 scenes, Gaussian splat scenes, maps and a gallery. Navigation spots and the scene strip move visitors between them.
Can I remove Real Horizons branding from a 360 tour?
Starter and above remove the watermark. Pro adds your own logo. Studio removes Real Horizons branding and lets you publish on your own subdomain.
Does the 360 tour show a floor plan or measurements?
Not in standard 360 tours. Floor-plan minimaps and visitor measurements are available on 3D splat scenes.
